OUTLINE OF THE ROLE

  • Working with clients in Hong Kong and mainland China
  • Managing social media strategies, projects and campaigns
  • Ensuring high-quality implementation with teams in HK, SH and BJ
  • Finding case studies, data and information related to social media in china
  • Helping to prepare and format presentations (using Keynote primarily)
  • Managing key accounts and acting as senior authority on client work
  • Working with creative, technical teams in pulling together client projects
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, contracts and other related project documents
  • Supporting new business pitches

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a social/digital agency
  • Live and breathe social media and understand its place within media
  • Passionate about the quickly-evolving social media and digital environment
  • Able to create clear social programs and present wining proposals to clients
  • Understand how to manage a creative process with in-house and third-party resources
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Creative instinct… able to come up with catchy ideas to hook audiences
  • Understanding for digital media integration (how social, search and ecommerce fit together)
  • High energy: you have a bit of an obsessive streak about building something!
